NYU SENIOR EVENT

Being a graduating senior myself, I find it extremely meaningful to co-led the design of a cohesive visual experience for my own graduating class of 2025 at NYU Shanghai.

My contribution consists of concept brainstorming, social media post design, interactive installation, and senior gift design.

We are a class body of 50 nationalities. Our university constantly inspires us to become real "global citizens." Following the school slogan "make the world your major," we designed the theme to align with our school spirit.

Content Design

To introduce my teammates working for this year's Student Commencement Committee, I used the layout of passport pages to reflect our travel theme.

On the right are retro postal stamps representing countries my teammates have been to, and an exclusive CO2025 stamp is added for members who are graduating this year.

Interactive Telephone Booth

My teammate and I brainstormed a participatory installation that follows our design theme. Under technical guidance from professors, we built a retro functional telephone booth that can record and save audio messages online.

Senior Gift Design

For senior gifts, we ideated handy items for travelling.

Following the school's purple theme, we designed a toiletry pouch that contains hand towel, eye mask, card deck, beverage coaster, and luggage tag.

I helped with the design for the beverage coaster and the card deck.
